I'm 5'3 156lbs 38c bust . I bought a large. Pants are roomy for me but comfortable. Top fits just right but if your busy you might want to size up.

I love the material of this set, it's easy care and doesn't wrinkle. It's super cute with both pieces worn together, but they also look great mixed with other tops/bottoms. I also love that the pants are a little on the longer side. I'm 5'9" and have a hard time finding pants that are long enough (or that stay the length they should be after washing and drying). The waistband is also really flattering, it doesn't have that frumpy look that some stretchy waisted pants do. For the price, this one is easy to recommend to anyone, you won't be disappointed!
